Behind the sounding name Jigsaw Beggars hides a psych-rock formation from Graz. With their debut album "Ain't My Time For War" (Pumpkin Records), which was released in April, they have achieved a great success. The four musicians skillfully move between neo-psychedelic, shoegaze and folk rock. Cool, fuzzy guitars, catchy melodies in the best sense, a powerful, agile voice and surfing synth arpeggios are the recipe of the clever songwriting. Proven references are acts of the 60s and 70s, including Crosby, Nash & Young, Karen Dalton, The Doors or Can.
