The organisation of the elevate - festival is done by an association: „Verein elevate“.

The association has the following goals:

- organise and execute the elevate festival in a year-by-year scheme

- being an enabler for local/international projects

- support interaction of local groups in different areas

- support the local music scene on a broad basis

- provide infrastructure for independent projects

- support independent think-tanks and/or create them
