Peter Rantaša is a curator, sound artist, and philosopher. Artistic work in international museums and festivals. He is concerned with cutting-edge technologies and their possibilities, the politics of interfaces, and all kinds of "technologies of the mind."
Managing coordinator of the research platform Cognitive Science at the University of Vienna, curator of the current exhibition "The City as Data Field" at the Graz Museum. The organizer of many festivals for electronic music, founder and co-operator of the Viennese music club "rhiz."
He was educated in communications engineering, electronics and biomedical engineering, electroacoustics and experimental music (University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna), philosophy, and cognitive science (University of Vienna).
