Konrad Becker is an author, researcher, artist and producer, developed World-Information.Net and was co-founder of "Public Netbase" (1994-2006). Since the late 70s he engaged in numerous publications with the socio-cultural and political implications of technology. In this context, he realized many international conferences and exhibitions, established Cultural Intelligence networks and initiated projects at the interface of culture and technology.
