Ulrich Brand
Ulrich Brand is professor of International Politics at the University of Vienna. He focuses his research on globalization, political economy, environmental and resource policy, social ecology and social movements. He is co-editor of Blätter für deutsche und internationale Politik, a member of the Assoziation für kritische Gesellschaftsforschung (Association for Critical Social Research) and of the scientific advisory board of Attac Germany. Most recently he served as an official expert for the commission of inquiry "Wachstum, Wohlstand, Lebensqualität" ("Growth, Prosperity, Quality of Life") of the German Bundestag.
