Irina Nalis, psychologist, strategist and cyclist is a PhD researcher at the University of Vienna. With her studies she aims to open paths for self-determined work lives with much more heart and much less waste of human and other natural capacities. Her fields of research include empathic careers, the quest for meaning over money, and strategies for approbation to overcome alienation.
Informed opinion and opionated information within democracy drew her to this years Elevate festival where the question of the role for public media in the 21st century will be addressed. At the festival she will facilitate the discussion to elevate media by methods of Design Thinking. And, she likes to dance.
