Inspired by the course "Pioneers of Change" in Vienna, Florian Sturm's work has been focusing on communication and the question how processes create impact for several years. He has gathered experience with the concepts and methods Art of Hosting, Dynamic Facilitation and Theory U and he is working in the fields of moderation/hosting, democratic participation (of the youth) and empowerment of people through holistic (heart, hand, brain) communication. Florian thinks it's essental to create safe and appreciative spaces for real encounters because that's where development and empowerment are possible.
