Sam Muirhead is a Berlin-based videographer from New Zealand with a background in music video and documentary. On August 1st, 2012 he plunged himself into a project to attempt to live as „open source“ as possible - discovering Creative Commons films and music, making clothes with hacked knitting machines and parametric designs, creating digitally manufactured furniture and getting to grips with open hardware and 3D printing.
