Brian Eno at Elevate
77 Million Paintings 3D Sound Edition
Brian Eno is considered one of the world's most important music producers and conceptual artists. For the 2021 edition of the Elevate Festival, a special version of his work 77 Million Paintings will be created, tailored to the unique architecture and 3D sound system of the Dom im Berg.
The installation is scheduled to open with the artist present in August 2021.
Music for Elevators: Music in the Schlossberg Elevator
The Elevator Music series launched in 2020 with the Finnish artist Jimi Tenor and will be continued in 2021. Presented at the Elevate Festival 2021, the two cabins of the Schlossberg elevator will be soundtracked all year round with special new compositions by Brian Eno.
Brian Eno's installations are made possible by special funding by Land Stmk., BMKÖS, Stadt Graz Kultur and are part of the We Are Europe project. In cooperation with KIÖR.
