vvvv as no-footage visual tool kit
This workshop offers deep insight into the multi-purpose tool kit vvvv with focus placed on generative design strategies and methods. Alongside manipulation of form and colour in the digital 3-D realm, the possibilty to prepare and connect with (audio) data is outlined. Additionally, the diverse possibilities of using vvvv as a live tool (Midi & OSC), of manipulating and playing a wide range of set ups, and using open interfaces for the purpose of collaboration, will be dealt with.
Basics in computer environment and a fundamental idea of screen-based design are prerequisite.
