KAMA organizes courses which are run by migrants, asylum seekers and people who have been granted asylum. These courses are open to the general public in exchange for a voluntary donation. The course contents are based on the individual skills and competencies of the respective course instructors. KAMA wants to create environments for learning and exchange of skills, and give people a chance to get to know each other. This project therefore helps asylum seekers to overcome two major obstacles: the fact, that they are not allowed to work and thus cannot earn money, and the difficulty of finding suitable settings for personal exchange between asylum seekers and residents of their new living environment.
