At 10 years of Age, Michl Laab starts learning the guitar. He studies music at the Graz conservator, plays in a variety of rock and pop bands and writes theatre music. For his work, he utilizes both the acoustic and electric guitar. This work method ranges from improvised music to through-composed pieces. He is interested in the aesthetics of the peculiar. Friction in chaos and sweetness in simple motif, develop into a versatile whole - the camaraderie of fragile trash guitars, heavy hip-hop beats, and a glockenspiel.
