Anna Ambrosch and her team manage the organic farm BIOFUCHS in Kainbach near Graz, where they grow a wide variety of vegetables and fruit all year round. The farm boasts tremendous diversity, including many low-yield vegetables, and is dedicated to saving and cultivating heirloom varieties. Future viability of the operation however can only be guaranteed by connecting with customers, those who share a passion for homegrown produce. Therefore, BIOFUCHS will start a community-supported agriculture (CSA) programme in spring 2015.
