Mentalien
Like many DJs and record collectors, Mentalien has already been a music freak at a young age. He quickly developed a passion for jungle and drum&bass thanks to momentous tunes like Inner City Life or Warhead. Later he widened his musical palette and started digging deeper in other genres related to ’bass music’.
Mentalien has been active in the Hungarian scene as a radio presenter and as a journalist. He has written articles, reviews and made interviews for the country’s well known urban webzine Impulsecreator.hu. He is also a member of the 15 years old Bladerunnaz aka Budapest Bass Music family, a promoter and DJ group in Budapest, which is responsible for the biggest drum & bass, dubstep and bass music events in the city.
