The Austrian duo Optokoppler catapults us into a synaesthetic world. The artist and musician Bernhard Rasinger aka BR Laser and the artist, producer and DJ Philipp Haffner, who may be known to some from the band Microthol, synchronize our senses in their experimental, audiovisual set-up. The artists have the raw signals of a modular synth read out by a digital oscilloscope in order to translate them into images with the help of a laser and live-generated video feedback. The result is as fascinating as it is psychedelic - as if you had taken a trip in physics class.
