Born in Buenos Aires, DJ and producer Rumi von Baires is strongly influenced by Brazilian and African sounds. After studying in Florida, he moved to Vienna, where he was initially active in the local ballroom scene.In his DJ sets, Rumi celebrates house, techno, breaks and disco, while incorporating jazz elements, soulful vocals and Afro-Latin rhythms.Rumi is co-founder of A party called Jack and co-initiator of GAZE, an LGBTQI+ event series.
