Elevate Festival Info 2025

Here you’ll find all the essential information for your festival visit – from entry regulations and travel options to awareness and the timetable.

Entry & Capacity

For events in smaller venues, we recommend arriving early. Some locations have limited capacity. During peak times, there may be waiting times or temporary entry stops. Please understand – once a venue reaches capacity, access must be temporarily restricted. More details can be found in our terms and conditions.

Pre-sale tickets can be exchanged for wristbands at the respective venues. There is no need to exchange anything in advance. The box offices will provide all the key festival information and open at the event start times according to the lineup.

Got a ticket for the Acousmonium at the Minoritensaal? Please arrive early – it starts on time, and late entry is not permitted (except during the break). If you have a Festival Pass and want to attend the Acousmonium event, please collect a numbered ticket at the box office by 19:45 – while stocks last!

Awareness

We aim to create a safe and inclusive space for everyone, where the dignity of each person is respected, and individual boundaries and needs are acknowledged.

Everyone should feel accepted and comfortable, regardless of gender, sexuality, skin colour, religion, or ethnic background. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, antisemitism, racism, sexism, ableism, or ageism.

We have zero tolerance for harassment, boundary violations, or discriminatory behaviour. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the festival.

Our zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination and harassment is strictly enforced to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all.

Our awareness team is present at all club events – identifiable by pink strap vests.
