Elevate Festival Info 2026

Here you’ll find all the essential information for your festival visit – from entry regulations and travel options to awareness and the timetable.

Entry & Capacity

For events in smaller venues, we recommend arriving early. Some locations have limited capacity. During peak times, there may be waiting times or temporary entry stops. Please understand – once a venue reaches capacity, access must be temporarily restricted. More details can be found in our terms and conditions.

Pre-sale tickets can be exchanged for wristbands at the respective venues. There is no need to exchange anything in advance. The box offices will provide all the key festival information and open at the event start times according to the lineup.

Elevate Merchandise

Festival merch is available at the following locations:

  • Heimatsaal (THU - SAT)
  • Helmut-List-Halle (THU)
  • Orpheum (FRI - SUN)
  • Dom im Berg (FRI + SAT) small selection

Or online in our shop.

Our partner earwear is offering Intro Music hearing protection at all merchandise stands at a special price of €29.90. In addition, we are providing free earplugs at all event locations, which are available at the ticket offices or cloakrooms.

Food & Drinks

Don't forget cash! Most bars only accept cash payments.

Restaurant tips:
We recommend Gatto im Museum (right next to Heimatsaal in the Folk Museum, the venue for the discourse programme), Scherbe, all Sorger shops for brunch, and Paul & Bohne for coffee and snacks.

Values & Safety

We aim to create a safe and inclusive space for everyone, where the dignity of each person is respected, and individual boundaries and needs are acknowledged.

Everyone should feel accepted and comfortable, regardless of gender, sexuality, skin colour, religion, or cultural background – all participants are responsible for this.
We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, such as antisemitism, racism, sexism, ableism, or ageism. We have zero tolerance for harassment, boundary violations, or discriminatory behaviour. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the festival.

These guidelines are in place to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone.

If you see a situation where you think that a person needs help, ask the person about it. Actions and conversations only take place with mutual consent.
You feel uncomfortable? You see someone else needs help? Support each other – or reach out to our awareness team!

Awareness-Team on-site

Our awareness team is there for anyone who needs support in unpleasant situations and takes all concerns seriously. It is on site at all club events – recognisable by its yellow T-shirts and fairy lights.
