Julia Herrnböck is a journalist working with Dossier, a nonprofit newsroom based in Vienna. Since 2024, she has been supporting the Austrian UNESCO Commission in establishing the Media Diversity Platform. Previously, she served on the board of Reporters Without Borders for ten years. Julia has written for publications including Der Standard, Taz, NZZ.at, and Der Spiegel, and she was the host of the podcast series Ganz offen gesagt. Most recently, she worked as Chief of Staff at the Salzburger Nachrichten.
