Samira Kossebau was born in 1997 in Dortmund. In 2004, she moved to Hamburg, where she gained her first theater experience after completing her high school diploma. In September 2021, she began her acting studies at the MUK – Music and Arts Private University of the City of Vienna, which she completed in summer 2025. During her studies, she appeared as Till Eulenspiegel in Eulenspiegel Till Freedom at the Dschungel, as Bo in The Thief Lord at the Burgtheater Kasino, and as Maria in Im Glashäusl at the Schauspielhaus Vienna. She currently lives in Vienna as a freelance actress and performs, among other roles, in Kabale und Liebe at the Burgtheater Vestibül
