Dmitry Nektrasov is a russian economist, public figure, political activist and former executive secretary of the Opposition Coordination Council. He worked in the Civic Chamber, the Federal Tax Service, and the expert department of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation and is now with the Center for Analysis and Strategies in Europe (CASE, CASE Center), an EU based independet think tank focused on research of post-Soviet countries and Russian-speaking diaspora in the EU. With a strong commitment to democracy and peace, the center supports policies that benefit both Russia and the West by advocating for the end of the Putin regime.
