Mag.a Dr.in iur. Greta Teresa Pomberger was born on December 19, 1992, in Krems an der Donau and currently lives in Graz.

She is a legal scholar and criminologist, having studied in Graz (Diploma program) and Vienna (Doctoral program). In 2019, she was awarded the Dr. Eveline Wunder Scholarship for women* who support other women* in their profession. She completed her doctorate in law in the field of “Criminal Law and Criminology” at the University of Vienna in 2023, researching “Revictimization of Female Victims of Sexualized Violence in Austria.”

For many years, Greta Pomberger has been active both professionally and as an activist in feminist and socially sustainable initiatives. She has helped establish several feminist political initiatives and projects in Styria, most recently Mutausbruch – Support Group for Survivors of Violence. Additionally, she has long served as an expert and consultant for gender and diversity management in regional companies.
