Andrea Schöne is a freelance journalist, moderator, speaker, political educator, and author. Her work focuses on climate justice, human rights, intersectional feminism, and critiques of power. Her first book, Behinderung und Ableismus, was published in 2022. Her essay Unlearn Ableism, included in the anthology Unlearn CO₂ (Ullstein Verlag, 2024), became a Spiegel bestseller. In March 2026, her essay on ableism in the literary industry will be published in the anthology Literarisch Solidarisch by Verbrecher Verlag.
