Ralf Schlatterbeck studied Computer Science in Berlin and Vienna. In 1993 he came across Linux, which he has used both privately and professionally ever since. He worked as a software architect for telecommunications Frequentis and as head of software development for the TTTech computer technology corporation. Since 2004 he has been self-employed as an Open Source consultant (Open Source consulting with trade licenses for business consulting and IT services).
