Tickets for Hunger auf Kunst und Kultur-Pass holders:
Holders of a Hunger of Kunst und Kultur Pass get a free ticket for the event on presentation of their valid pass at the box office. One ticket for a single event can also be reserved in advance per person. Please send inquiries to tickets@elevate.at
The following ticket categories are only available at NTRY:
Phase tickets:
At NTRY, we offer tickets in three phases, which differ only in price. According to the early bird principle, people who buy their tickets early can secure a lower price. The number of tickets in each category is limited!
Tickets with Disability Identity Card ("mit Behindertenpass"):
Discounted tickets (-50%) for people with a Disability Identity Card (or other proof of at least 50 percent disability) are available online and at the box office. Please bring your Disability Identity Card with you to the ticket check. If necessary, you may bring an accompanying person. Please note that unfortunately not all venues offer 100% barrier-free access. You can find more information under Locations.

Festival for everybody – with your donation you make it possible:
By purchasing a ticket including a solidarity contribution, you support our long-standing partnership with Hunger auf Kunst und Kultur and make access to the festival possible for people who are financially limited. Together we make culture accessible to everyone!
More Infos
We want to create a safe and accessible space for everyone, where everyone's dignity is recognised and individual boundaries and needs are respected.
Everyone should feel accepted and comfortable regardless of gender, sexuality, skin colour, religion or ethnicity. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, anti-Semitism, racism, sexism, ableism or ageism. We have zero tolerance for any form of harassment, boundary crossing or discriminatory behaviour.
We will act consistently if someone violates these principles. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the festival. Our zero tolerance policy towards any form of discrimination and harassment will be consistently enforced to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all.
Please note in particular: There is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of tickets for a specific event! For example, services provided in connection with leisure activities, provided that a specific time or period is contractually stipulated for the fulfillment of the contract by the entrepreneur, are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with § 18 Abs 1 Z 10 FAGG. The consumer therefore has no right to withdraw from the mediated purchase contract for the tickets.
If the event takes place on the original date, there is therefore no right to return or cancel tickets. If an event has been postponed and you do not have time on the alternative date, you can request a ticket cancellation. Otherwise, your original ticket remains valid for the replacement date. If an event has been canceled without replacement, you can request a ticket cancellation via our ticket partner NTRY.
In our preparation and planning of the festival, we take into account the different officially approved audience capacities of our venues, which greatly limits our ticket sales overall. Nevertheless, there may be waiting times and short-term admission stops at certain peak times. We ask for your patience and cooperation. If the admission volume is exhausted, access may be temporarily restricted without entitlement to a partial refund of the ticket price.
We ask for your understanding that due to illness, travel difficulties, etc., individual acts may cancel at short notice at the festival and consequently the program may change. In the event of a cancellation, we will make every effort to find suitable alternatives. Should this nevertheless result in a more significant change to the event than you as a ticket purchaser could reasonably expect and you wish to cancel your ticket, please contact us at tickets@elevate.at - our liability in the event of cancellation, interruption, postponement or other significant changes to the event is limited to reimbursement of the face value of the ticket. Personal arrangements made by ticket holders, including for travel and accommodation in connection with the event, are at their own expense and risk.
We would like to point out that there is a risk of damage to hearing and health at events, particularly due to volume. The immediate vicinity of loudspeaker boxes must be avoided and appropriate barriers must be observed. The use of hearing protection is strongly recommended. Children and hearing-sensitive persons in particular are therefore advised to take appropriate protective measures.
Please also note that pyrotechnics, lasers, fog machines, strobe lighting or other special effects may be used during the event. Liability for damage to the hearing and other health of visitors shall only exist if the organizer or its vicarious agents are guilty of intent or negligence or if the organizer has culpably failed to fulfil a duty of safety incumbent upon it.
If the event takes place outdoors, we strongly recommend that you bring suitable clothing and shoes to protect yourself from possible weather conditions.
