Culture of Cooperation

Self-organization is based on cooperation. Despite the ideals of freedom from hierarchy, mutual respect, and shared responsibility, dissatisfaction, uncooperative behaviour or informal hierarchies easily insinuate themselves. The success of cooperation is primarily a matter of HOW people interact with each other, of the culture of cooperation and the conscious reflection thereupon. A workshop for those who are, or would like to be, engaged in self-organized projects or initiatives.
