Dr. Hannes-Vincent Krause has a background in psychology and information systems and is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Weizenbaum Institute. His research is dedicated to understanding the impact of social media usage, primarily focusing on well-being and mental health-related outcomes. His research primarily focusses on examining specific patterns of social media use, social comparisons, and the experience of envy in this context. In addition to his research activities, he regularly serves as a speaker on a variety of topics related to the opportunities and risks for our well-being and mental health posed by social media.
