Originally from Istanbul and now living in Berlin, Nene H is now considered one of the most popular DJs of the European techno underground. Her non-conformist attitude is reflected in her brute techno sets. Unbending and wild, she presents herself as a DJ, while as a musician she takes adventurous risks in bold, analog live sets, traveling across genres. On her just-released debut album, she combines Middle Eastern musical elements with Western-influenced club sounds, reflecting on her German-Turkish identity.
