Versatile, restless, and resourceful, DJ, producer, and labelhead Spekki Webu shapes a multidimensional practice where past and present collide. Rooted in the gabber and tekno movements, the Delft-based artist cultivates a persistent, ritualistic sound across DJ sets, live performances, and productions. Releasing on labels such as Amniote, Blue Hour, and Positive Source, he deconstructs time and space with fierce precision and tactility. Through his Mirror Zone and Optic Portal labels, as well as audiovisual works and spatial installations, Webu moves fluidly between experimentalism and rhythm with introspective intensity.
