The eccentric duo, Didi Bruckmayr and Sigi Aigner, both known as singers of notorious performance-band Fuckhead, have been dedicating themselves to musical and visual experiments in clubs, white cubes and theatre venues since 2008. In "Interzone", "proband" Bruckmayr constructs an associative text using fragments from Burroughs’s same-named collection of short stories and notes, opening the door to the unconscious: a surreal monologue held in the weirdest voices, to the point of mental and physical exhaustion. "Sound machinist" Aigner stimulates the dreamlike condition of his colleague by means of abstract digital sounds and organic rhythms. Beware: deep bass lines, drones and frantic 3D objects for a happy audience.
