Melita Jurisic was born in Croatia, but migrated to Australia at an early age. After numerous performances and roleplays on theatre stages and in movies in Australia, since 2001 she is also active in Vienna, playing many leading star roles at the Schauspielhaus Vienna. She collaborated with different musicans; Peter Szely on the album Processing Other Perspectives and with Bernhard Loibner on the album Unidentified Musical Subject, to name a few. Since 2008 Melita Jurisic is the lead singer of the band metalycée.
