Tim Stüttgen
Tim Stüttingen studied film in London, Gender Studies und Queer Theory in Maastricht and Berlin, is a freelance author (Spex, Jungle World, among others) and infrequently performs as the drag queen Timi Mei Monigatti. He curated the symposium "Post Porn Politics" (Volksbühne 2006, the reader was released on b_books Berlin in 2010) and organized the perfomance festivals „Genderpop!“ (Athens 2008) und „Body Language – Whats queer about queer Pop?“ (Hebbel-Theater Berlin 2010) touching on the relationship of sexual policies and pop culture. He is currently preparing the exhibition „PostPornParlament“ with Beatriz Preciado and doing research on the postion of race, gender and sexuality in relation to slavery and american cinema.
