Maya Shenfeld is a Jerusalem-born, Berlin-based composer and musician with a focus on electronic and experimental sounds. Shenfeld explores the interface between different types of music production, exploring pop, classical music and underground. Her output is also diverse, ranging from electro-acoustic compositions and installations to orchestral pieces and punk bands.Together with visualist Pedro Maia, Shenfeld will present her AV show "Under the Sun" at the Elevate Festival - dense sound textures meet Super 8 film and drone footage.
