In Hannes-Vincent Krause's workshop, the deep connections between media, psychology, and democracy are central to self-experimentation and self-discovery. Participants will gain insights into how social media can influence self-esteem, body image, and emotional states such as envy, with a focus on the impact of social media on well-being. This workshop provides an opportunity to reflect on one's relationship with digital media and develop strategies for a healthier digital life, both personally and within the broader context of our democratic society.
