Thomas Lohninger is the Executive Director of the Working Group on Data Retention Austria. He worked as a policy advisor on the net neutrality aspects of the Telecom Single Market regulation for European Digital Rights. He was a programmer and administrator in IT for eight years, has a bachelor degree in Cultural- and Social anthropology and is trainer for practical IT-security since 2012. In his private time he does podcasts about scientific and technological subjects.
